Spectres Named to Victorian U20 Teams

MELBOURNE – Nunawading Spectres duo Tristan Devers and Tiernan Stynes have been selected to represent Victoria at the upcoming U20 Australian Championships in Geelong as part of Basketball Victoria’s State Team Program.

Both Devers and Stynes last represented Victoria earlier this year as key members of the Vic Metro U18 Men that claimed silver in Ballarat. Having now graduated from the Spectres junior ranks (U12-U18) Devers and Stynes will feature for Nunawading at NBL1 level in 2023.

Nunawading Spectres U14.1 Girls Head Coach Gail MacFarlane will also represent Victoria at the U20 Australian Championships as an Assistant Coach on the women’s side of the program.
