The Nunawading Spectres Junior Teams will hit the floor for the first time this Sunday, following a highly competitive series of tryouts and selections in recent weeks. With all teams starting on court sessions this week, the Spectres will face the Hawthorn Magic across all age groups in practice games Sunday that form an integral part of team and player development ahead of the VJBL Grading Phase.
The Girls will play all games at Nunawading Basketball Centre, whilst the Boys will head to Hawthorn’s home base at Boroondara Sports Complex. Please note that both venues will have an entry fee of $3.00 per player/spectator to assist with the costs associated with referee and venue hire but no team sheet fee’s are required to be paid.
