MELBOURNE – The Nunawading Spectres have re-signed guard Jack Gandolfo for the NBL1 South 2023 season.
“Jack is an integral part of what we do both on and off the court here at Nunawading,” said Nunawading Basketball Operations Manager Paul Flynn.
“He’s coming off his best season at NBL1 level and we’re excited to have him continue to here at the Spectres.”
Gandolfo appeared in 22-games for the Spectres across 2022, returning averages of 12.8 points, 4.7 assists and 2.5 rebounds. He scored a season high 23-points on two occasions (vs Keilor, vs Mt Gambier) whilst leading Nunawading on-court from the point guard position.
A graduate of the Nunawading Spectres junior program, Gandolfo was handed the reins of the senior team following the retirement of league legend Shane McDonald in 2019. Already registering on the radar of a number NBL franchises, Gandolfo will be looking to lead the Spectres back to post-season action in 2023.
